Mint Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail Recipe
This Mint Strawberry Daiquiri is a refreshing and fruity twist on the classic daiquiri cocktail that is ideal for a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 4–5 mint leaves
- 5-6 fresh strawberries
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- White rum, 2 oz
- 1 lime juice (1 oz)
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine white rum, lime juice, simple syrup, strawberries, and mint leaves.
- Puree the strawberries in a food processor until smooth.
- Blend again with the ice until the ice is crushed and the mixture is slushy.
- Pour the mixture into glasses and, if desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves and sliced strawberries.
