Mai Tai Cocktail with Star Fruit Recipe

This Mai Tai Cocktail with star fruit juice will transport you to the tropics. This cocktail is ideal for a hot day or any occasion when you want to feel as though you're on vacation.

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz lime juice
• 1 slice star fruit
• orgeat syrup, 1/2 oz
• 1 oz dark rum
• 1 oz light rum
• 1/2 oz star fruit juice
• 1/2 cup orange curaçao
• 1 mint sprig

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 5 minutes
• Total Time: 5 minutes

Instructions

• Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
• Combine the dark rum, light rum, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, lime juice, and star fruit juice in a mixing glass.
• Shake vigorously and strain into an ice-filled glass.
• Serve with a sprig of mint and a slice of star fruit as garnish.
