Bloody Caesar Cocktail Recipe
Clamato juice, a blend of tomato juice and clam broth, adds a savoury and slightly briny flavor to this Canadian take on the classic Bloody Mary.
Ingredients
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- A wedge of lime
- Add a pinch of salt
- Add a pinch of pepper
- Cubes of ice
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz clamato juice
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 5 minutes
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass halfway with ice cubes and rim with celery salt.
- Fill the glass halfway with vodka, Clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Gently stir.
- Garnish with a celery stalk and a wedge of lime.
