Blue Margarita with Lemon Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz tequila
• 1/2 oz agave syrup
• Garnish with a lemon wedge and coarse salt
• 1 1/2 oz blue curacao
• 1 lemon, 1 oz

Instructions

• Coat the rim of a rocks glass with coarse salt after rubbing it with a lemon wedge.
• Fill the glass halfway with ice.
• Combine the blue curacao, tequila, lemon juice, and agave syrup in a shaker with ice.
• Shake well, and strain into the prepared glass.
• Garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve immediately.
