Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries

- Total Time: 10 minutes
Instructions
- Blend together frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and white rum in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Set aside half of the mixture in a separate container.
- Blend the remaining mixture in the blender with the frozen strawberries until smooth.
- Layer the strawberry mixture and the reserved pineapple mixture in a tall glass.
