Lime Margaritas Cocktail Recipe
This refreshing margarita is made with tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, and agave nectar and is ideal for a hot summer day or any time you want to enjoy a delicious margarita.
Ingredients
- For rimming the glass, use salt
- Tequila, 2 oz
- Garnish with lime wedges
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- 1 lime juice (1 oz)
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 5 minutes
Instructions
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a chilled glass and then dip it into a small dish of salt to rim it with salt.
- Combine the tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, and agave nectar in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a salt-rimmed glass half-filled with ice.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a wedge of lime.
