Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail with Rimmer Recipe
White rum, lime juice, fresh strawberries, and a sugared rim combine to make a fruity and refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients
- sugar, coarse
- White Rum, 2 oz
- 1 lime juice, 1 oz
- Ice
- Five strawberries
- Wedge in lime
- 1 oz simple syrup
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes
Instructions
- Run a wedge of lime around the rim of a chilled cocktail glass.
- To coat the rim of the glass, dip it into a small dish of coarse sugar.
- Combine the white rum, lime juice, simple syrup, strawberries, and ice in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the cocktail glass that has been prepared.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a wedge of lime.
- Serve and have fun.
