Amaretto Sour with Whiskey Cocktail Recipe

• 1 oz amaretto liqueur
• 1 oz lemon juice
• Ice
• 1 egg white
• Whiskey, 2 oz
• Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry
• 1 dash angostura bitters

Instructions

• In a cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters and egg white.
• Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds with ice.
• Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
