Hugo Spritz Cocktail Recipe
Prosecco, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and club soda combine to make a light and bubbly cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 oz club soda
- mint leaf
- Elderflower Liqueur, 2 oz
- Ice
- Prosecco, 3 oz
- Fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 5 minutes
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass halfway with ice.
- Combine the elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and club soda in a mixing glass.
- Prosecco should be added to the glass at the end.
- To combine, gently stir everything together.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
