Sparkling Strawberry Mojito Cocktail Recipe
A fruity, refreshing cocktail with a hint of mint and a fizz of sparkling water.
Ingredients
- 4 oz sparkling water
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- White rum, 4 oz
- 2 tbsp honey
- Cubes of ice
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes
Instructions
- Muddle strawberries and mint leaves in a shaker.
- In a shaker, combine the lime juice, honey, and white rum.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes, close it, and shake vigorously.
- Pour the mixture into two glasses.
- Fill each glass halfway with sparkling water.
- Garnish with extra strawberries and mint leaves if desired.
- Serve and have fun.
